Sessions are 50 minutes long. New clients may schedule a free 20-minute consultation.

All sessions are conducted remotely. Sessions are hosted on an encrypted online platform and clients are sent a unique link to ensure privacy. Simply click the link to join.

The one requirement for online therapy is that you have a place where you feel comfortable talking privately. It can be your bedroom, an office, or even a public park. Online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy, as long as you feel comfortable.
We recommend that you have a stable and reliable internet connection. If you are somewhere other people may be able to hear you, we ask that you wear headphones or earbuds so that others cannot hear your therapist.

Our services operate under a strict contract, ensuring absolute confidentiality. We cannot disclose or discuss any information you share with us. No one has the right to know that you are working with us, or what we discuss. That includes family members and employers.
Our business is based in the United States, which offers an extra layer of protection and confidentiality. No employer, organization, or entity has the power to make us breach our contract with you and disclose your information or reveal that you are our client. We encourage you to ask any questions you have during your free new client consultation.

Clicking the "Book Appointment" button will take you to our client portal. New clients will need to create an account. After scheduling an appointment, confirmation and payment methods will be sent to your email.
Sessions must be paid no later than one week before the session date to confirm the booking. Sessions booked less than one week in advance must be paid at the time of booking.

We charge S$165 or HK$1000 for each consultation. However, new clients may meet their therapist for free.

You may reschedule or cancel at any time without any additional charges. To make this possible, we ask you to pay in advance of the session. However, clients who frequently reschedule, cancel, or do not show up for sessions may lose this benefit.

We accept payments in a variety of currencies.

Payment instructions will be sent to your email address upon booking.
Payments in SGD may be made via a PayNow QR code or by sending a FAST bank transfer. Either may be done through your Singapore bank mobile app.
Payments in HKD may be made through a Stripe payment link. Alipay and WeChat Pay are available.
Payments in other currencies will be arranged with your therapist.
